Return Policy

Opulent-Style wants only happy and satisfied customers, and encourages you to request any additional item information before ordering. The items you see on our site are in excellent condition, unless otherwise noted. We try to describe in as much detail as possible, but if you have any questions, or need additional pictures, please feel free to email us at any time. If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three days ( opulentstyle@gmail.com ) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you, excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible.Уou are responsible for any return shipping/insurance cost. We will not accept any return that is not authorized by Opulent-Style first.We cannot accept returns on international shipping. We cannot accept returns of items damaged after your receipt, either by breakage, loss of stones or other parts, by application of testing acids or attempts to clean them using improper methods. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return. Your refund or credit will be issued upon the receipt of the item in the same condition as it was shipped to you. Items for return must be properly packed, shipped and insured. Refund or credit will be for the cost of the item excluding shipping charges plus a 10% restocking fee.

Vintage Items and custom orders are NOT RETURNABLE

Damage Policy:

We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, you must take the entire order (all contents and all original packing material) to your local U.S. Post Office to file a claim. The U.S. Post Office will send the claim to us for processing. Do not repack and do not mail the damaged items back to us. This will void the U.S. Post Office insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund.
